The first step in leveraging the capabilities of Verifyfaces is to establish a connection with your existing Eagle Eye Networks installation. This process is straightforward and designed to be user-friendly, ensuring a seamless integration.
- System Menu Access: Begin by expanding the system’s menu option on your Verifyfaces interface.
- Camera Integration: If not already done so, you must authorise Verifyfaces to connect to your Eagle Eye Networks installation. To do so, select the 'Cameras' option from the System menu then click the green Authorise button.
- Account Verification: You will then be directed to the Eagle Eye Networks login page. After entering your account details, Verifyfaces will connect to the Eagle Eye Networks and retrieve your available Bridges and Cameras.
If your account login was successful, Verifyfaces will begin a synchronisation process and retrieve your installation details.
Once completed, you've successfully connected Verifyfaces to your Eagle Eye Networks installation.
If you encounter issues at this stage, such as failed authentications, synchronisation errors or cameras not appearing, please check the user permissions on your Eagle Eye Networks account and try again.
